Are you seeing a “Forbidden Page” issue?
To resolve the 403 Forbidden Page error use the following.
This is a cache issue, where it will need to be cleared to proceed.
- Navigate to Quick Pay Online page.
- Select the icon (settings or lock) icon next to your search bar.
- Select Cookies and Site Data from the drop-down.
- Select Manage Cookies and Site Data.
- Select the trash can icons and then click Done.
- Then reload the EMA (billing) page (or, refresh and Click Here)
